Land Surveys
WLSL undertake all types of Land survey from traditional small ‘back garden’ surveys on local datum through to multi acre sites for major developments. These can be related to OS National Grid & Datum using GPS if required. Fully adjusted primary, secondary and tertiary control networks can be set up when required for future use during the full life of the project.

Measured Building Surveys
From traditional hand-tape ‘real estate’ surveys through to full survey-controlled interconnected surveys utilising the latest technology - reflector-less laser theodolites & electronic tape measures and even 3D laser scanning. WLSL can produce surveys from the most basic layout plans up to very highly detailed architectural surveys historic buildings.

Right of Light, Net Lettable Area Surveys, etc.
These and any other type of measured building surveys can be produced by WLSL to suit the client requirements.

3D Laser Scanning
3D laser scanning has been of significant benefit in the solution provided by Warners to its clients in this area. Building elevation plans can now be produced within previously impossible timescales and always to the required standards of accuracy and completeness.

GPS Surveys
Warners operates several mobile GPS teams which support our client projects in fully geo-referencing projects into the required grid system. Flood plain surveys to the setting out of piles can all be carried out with GPS.
