Land & Measured Building Surveys Division:

Surveying everything from conventional back garden land surveys through to a project surveying 5,000 public houses for licensing laws. This division can also produce surveys for Rights of Light, Net Lettable Areas, town centre & urban land surveys, GPS flood plain surveys and underground services mapping.

Construction Projects Division:

Covering all site construction related activities: initial primary site control, all facets of construction set-out, verticality surveys, underground tunnel positioning, movement monitoring etc. WLSL have particular experience in working with the latest complex 3D geometrically challenging buildings, produced by today's leading architects.

Industrial Measurement Division:

WLSL have been carrying out Industrial Measurement and Critical Interface dimensional control works for major refinery shutdowns, both nationally and internationally, for over 15 years. During that period, we have replaced most items of process plant from Reactors and Regenerators to Heat Exchangers - all on a first time lift and fit basis.

3D Laser Scanning:

The 3D Laser Scanner has been of significant benefit to the survey solutions provided by WLSL. From building elevations, through concrete core surveys on construction sites, to mapping complete refineries into 3D CAD models.

CAD Resource:

WLSL has a dedicated in house CAD resource to assist all divisions in producing their work to the highest standard as well as having its own modelling and visualisation projects.
